We offer one of the fastest medical assisting programs in Utah. The program is built to get students enrolled, trained, and into their medical assisting careers as quickly as possible — you can graduate in as few as 12 months.
We prepare our students to pass all of the medical assisting certification exams after graduating, including the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).

Our medical assisting program in Utah provides students with foundational instruction in medical language, anatomy and physiology, patient centered communication and education. Taught by skilled faculty with current clinical experience, the accelerated curriculum and state-of-the-art facilities were designed to give students the hands-on training required to enter the career field as competent medical assistants in the shortest time possible.
Students receive theory and practical, competency-based training in clinical and administrative areas including: obtaining vital signs and medical histories, collection and processing of lab specimens, pharmacology and medication administration, phlebotomy, electrocardiography, medical asepsis, assisting with surgical procedures, HIPAA regulations, use of EHR/EMR, medical insurance coding (CPT, ICD-9/ICD-10) and claims, and a variety of related topics.
