This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected at any site that is not owned by Ameritech College of Healthcare, including any website reached through a link on any Ameritech College of Healthcare Site. What personal information do we collect at this site?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us through the Site. We also collect information during the application and matriculation process, and if you are enrolled as a student, when providing educational services to you or when you use pages of the Site made available to you while you are a student. By “personal information,” we are referring to (1) data that uniquely identifies you or permits us to contact you, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number; (2) other information that we collect through the Ameritech College of Healthcare Site and combine and maintain in combination with that personally identifiable information, such as your desired campus, area of interest, educational background and information you provide for the purpose of obtaining financial aid or financial aid information; and (3) “directory information,” as described above. We collect and maintain the following categories of personally identifiable information: (A) information collected from you when you complete online forms, send us emails, or contact us through the Site’s chat feature, (B) information obtained from your transactions with Ameritech College of Healthcaresuch as, without limitation, your financial transactions and financial aid applications, your academic applications and inquiries, your participation in online classes, and your online education, and (C) information obtained from third parties about your transactions with them, such as degree-granting institutions, teaching certification institutions and companies that provide financial aid assistance. If you become a student, your educational records are subject to the U.S. federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), state laws and your College policies.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, nor is this Site designed to provide any service to children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not give us any personal information. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will attempt to remove that information from our  databases.

Consent to international data processing
This Site is operated in the United States.
