1. Go to www.hesiinet.com and under the students tab select "take my exam".

2. Since you are creating your password select "I do not have an evolve user name?"

3. On top right corner of the following page select "register for Evolve testing and remediation".

4. On the right side of the screen select the green "register" button.

5. On the left side of the screen, under "new user," create your own password and enter it in the "password" and "verify password" fields. United States should already be pre-selected for the "country" field so skip that step and select "continue".

6. On the registration page, fill out all fields marked with a red asterisk and select "continue".

7. Accept the terms and select "submit".

8. The next page will generate a username and password. Be sure to write it down; you will need to remember this and bring it with you for your exam appointment.

9. Once you arrive at AmeriTech for your testing appointment, your proctor will walk you through the rest of the steps to begin your test.
